Cancellation Policy
  1. A booking can be cancelled anytime before the scheduled check-in time.
  2. Once the scheduled check-in time for a booking has passed, it can not be cancelled.
  3. There is no cancellation penalty and customers are eligible for a full refund of the money paid.
  4. Upon cancellation of any booking, the money will be refunded in the source account of the customer from which the payment was initially made.
  5. It may take upto 10 working days for any amount to reflect in the customer's source account, upon cancellation of any booking.
